:: Rental: The rental price is for 7 days going from Saturday to the next Saturday. The price includes, bed linen and bathtowels, electricity, water , gas and airconditioning and free entrance to the swimming pool.

:: Payment: To confirm a booking a 40% deposit of the cost of the accommodation must be paid within 7 days from our confirmation message sent via e-mail.The remaining 60% will be paid on arrival to the person in charge of the keys.

:: Arrival and departure time: Clients are requested to arrive between 4 PM and 8 PM on saturday and to depart by 10 AM.If you arrive earlier than the stated time you might not be able to gain access to the property. If arrival is likely to be later than 8 PM, we must be notified to ensure the presence of a person to the estate.

:: Breakage deposit: On arrival you will be required to pledge in cash a 200 ,00 Euro security deposit against any reported breakages or damages. The money will be returned at departure, once the house keeper has ensured the absence of damages.

:: Cancellation: The 40% deposit will be entirely refunded if the booking is cancelled before 90 days from the arrival date in Alberese. After that date you will have to pay a cancellation charge that will be a percentage of the deposit as shown below:
60 - 31 days before arrival: 50%
30 days before arrival: 20%.
29 days or less: 100%.

:: Mountainbike; On demand possibility of mountain bike or bycicle rental, cost will be € 30,00 a week.

:: Fax and Phone: The apartments don't have fax and phone.For emergencies a phone/fax is available at the reception.

:: Linen and towels: The rental does include bed linen and bath towels. Bed linen and bath towels are changed one time a week , extra changing can be asked at the receptionist and cost € 20,00 each one.

:: Number of beds: The apartments are for 2 or 4 persons, extra bed must be request during the booking at cost € 10,00 a day.

:: Pets: If you intend to bring with you on holiday your dog or cat, you must mention that on the on-oine reservation form. At departure you will be asked to pay 5,00 Euro for extra-cleaning.

:: Assistance: The personnel will be to your disposition every day from 8,30 a.m. to 8,00 p.m.
